Greg Barwell is General Counsel for American Strategies and of counsel to E.J. Wesp Co. Prior to graduating from law school Greg had seven years in the transportation industry with one of the largest transportation companies in Western New York. Having been an entrepreneur, Greg brings a practical experience-based knowledge to the practice of law enabling him to provide valuable, pragmatic counsel to his clients in all areas of commercial transactions, business finance, contracts, intellectual property and employment matters. Greg also has extensive experience in campaign finance and election laws and state administrative law, including licensing enforcement matters representing clients in regulated businesses. Greg has served as legal counsel for several local and state candidates as well as some other political organizations.
